Join Allie Buck for a 2 hour workshop of gentle somatic movements, guided breathwork, and rolling on myofascial release balls. Nourish your body with the basic ball rolling techniques from Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune up balls and Sue Hietzman’s MELT method.
