Join Allie Buck for a relaxing and restorative self-care workshop. We will use Jill Miller's Therapeutic Tune-Up Balls and The Melt method soft foam rollers to help ease tension in your body. Allie's gentle approach targets the fascial layers and releases tension in common areas such as the shoulder, back, hips, neck, and feet. Allie will guide you through safe techniques using a variety of tools with individualized attention and the space to modify if needed. This class uses somatic and mindful movements to help foster a deeper mind and body connection. The key benefits of this class...
